The Opportunity
Athena is expanding, and we're hiring an entry-level, bilingual (English/French) Accounts Coordinator to support our day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow with a team that's scaling quickly.

What You Bring
  • Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident status
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online, or strong ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills, especially for AR follow-ups
  • A growth mindset—curious, proactive, and motivated to improve processes
  • Reliability in managing recurring weekly and monthly tasks
