The Opportunity
Athena is expanding, and we're hiring an entry-level, bilingual (English/French) Accounts Coordinator to support our day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow with a team that's scaling quickly.

What You Bring
Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident status
Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
Experience with QuickBooks Online, or strong ability to learn new systems quickly
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Clear, professional communication skills, especially for AR follow-ups
A growth mindset—curious, proactive, and motivated to improve processes
Reliability in managing recurring weekly and monthly tasks
